Jordan Modern Oil & Fuel Services Company distributes and sells petroleum products. Petroleum one of the most essential commodities that in essence fuels an economy and thereby the well being of every country is petroleum. The company has implemented several technologically advanced systems to manage our gas station operations to ensure swift and reliable service
Automated Systems
All sales transactions are controlled with the inventory being monitored 24 hours a day and 7 days a week. Up-to-date sales are accessed regularly so that our products are consistently available for the customer’s convenience.
•The temperature and density of our fuel products are monitored to guarantee the reliability and safety of our products.
•Leakage detectors are installed in the underground reservoirs to avoid losses and protect the environment.
•Monitors to prevent overfilling are used to avoid spills which cost the customers and the environment.
Prepaid Cards
A convenient prepaid card system is under trial at all our gas stations, replacing the local purchase orders and prepaid coupons. All the transactions will be authenticated immediately with the main office, and any client can access his account through the web. This system is compatible with all major credit cards, so purchases can be made with Visa, Mastercard and American Express credit cards as well.
Surveillance System
All our gas stations are monitored through web cameras, so the management can observe any gas station at any time. This system was installed in order to have better control over our gas stations to ensure better service is rendered to all our station visitors.
Modern Pumps
The company has signed an agreement with an American company to buy new pumps with a higher accuracy and flow than the pumps currently in operation; these pumps are expected to be installed by the end of the year 2008.
Water Treatment
An oil/water separator machine is installed in each gas station to treat the water used in washing, cleaning and oil changes, especially in the pump area. Oils and hydrocarbons that are harmful to the environment are separated from the water. The oils and hydrocarbons are disposed of safely according to the standards from the Ministry of Water and Irrigation.

Our Equipment
The company currently owns a fleet of 70 fuel tankers to carry finished oil products to the stations. All the tankers are Mercedes Actors 2005/2006 models:
•50 large tankers.
•10 tankers with a 32,000 liter capacity.
•40 tankers with a 36,000 liter capacity.
Our tankers transport finished oil products not only to our gas station but to other gas stations as well in order to support Jordan Petroleum Company.
We also have 20 smaller tankers of different capacities ranging from 5,000 liters – 21,000 liters, serving houses, companies and factories.
The tankers are fully equipped and are manufactured according to the international safety standard ECC/ADR (European Consumer Center / European Agreement Concerning the International Carriage of Dangerous Goods by Road / Rail). Each tanker has the following specifications for safety:
•Earthed to prevent fire from electrical disturbances like static or lightning.
•Fire proof electrical wiring .
•Vapor recovery system .
•Separate drainage tank to prevent leakage during transport.
•On-board fire fighting systems.
•GPS tracking.
