The company has started its real estate operations by the end of 2005.
Deera aims to invest in real estate opportunities generating above average returns based on added values through precise vision, quality as well as predetermined strategies.
Deera's strategy focuses on small to medium size projects aiming to create & hold a well diversified portfolio of properties and projects adhering to highly focused and predetermined criteria based on sustainable growth and wealth preservation.
Currently the company has 227 shareholders.

Construction of commercial and residential buildings.

Since started its real estate activities. The Company achieved a growth of approximately 100% of its real estate portfolio. Moreover, management has successfully acquired several land plots in prime locations inside and outside Amman which will enable the Company to develop outstanding projects.
